Essential for all floor types, these durable rug pads protect your floors from scratches, punctures, and furniture indentations while helping to prevent bunching, wrinkling, and slipping in high traffic areas. While available in a wide variety of popular area rug sizes, this pad can be customized. Simply cut with scissors to fit any rug’s size by cutting this pad to be 1-2 inches shorter than your rug’s perimeter.
Felt cushioning offers a soft feel underfoot, provides insulation, and superior protection against abrasion and wear on flooring underneath
Latex rubber backing is ideal for gripping hard surface flooring to help prevent slipping and sliding in high traffic areas
Trim your rug pad with any pair of scissors to fit any area rug by cutting 2 inches smaller than the rug size
For carpeted surfaces; place the rug pad on the floor with the felt side facing down and the rubber side facing up against the backing of your area rug
For hard surfaces, place the rug pad with the rubber side facing down on the floor and the felt side up on the backing of your area rug
Care and Cleaning
Rug pads should be spot cleaned with a solution of mild detergent and water or cleaned professionally. Do not machine wash.
