Delivery Options

Kamin Furniture is located in Victoria, Texas, but delivers anywhere in the United States. Regular deliveries are made within a 100 mile radius of Victoria every single week, and special deliveries can be arranged outside the 100 miles. When making the purchase, please check with your sales associate for more delivery details.

DELIVERY POLICY
Specific delivery days are scheduled according to counties: your furniture will be delivered on these specific days only. Any out of area deliveries will need to be arranged with Kamin Furniture’s delivery office prior to the sale. Delivery on demand is available for a double standard delivery fee.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.

Within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will be contacted and given an estimated three hour time frame for your delivery. In order to serve you better, we require a 48-hour notice for any changes you need to make to your delivery date or information. A 24 hour notice is required for all delivery cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to half of the delivery fee.

Please have your room area cleared and ready for the new merchandise. Due to insurance reasons, our delivery teams are not allowed to move any existing furniture or electronics in your home.

To insure the safety of our drivers, any other obstacle must be removed by you before our drivers can make your delivery. Kamin’s will determine if deliveries will be made during hazardous weather conditions.

Upon delivery of mattress purchases, we do offer to pick- up your used mattress and boxspring at no additional charge. We do reserve the right to refuse pick-up on any mattress of boxspring that our delivery team deems in unacceptable conditions. Waterbeds, headboards, footboards, and frames are excluded from this free service.

Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be scheduled for delivery or picked up within 30 days. Although we have limited amount of space in our warehouse, storage of (paid in full) merchandise past 30 days may be arranged for 5% per month fee based on the merchandise purchase price. Payment for storage is required before the furniture is delivered or picked up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon completion of your deliver, you will be asked to sign the deliver ticket as our receipt and confirmation of products as being received in good condition. Wood products do vary in grain. Kamin Furniture does not guarantee, nor does the manufacturer guarantee that the grain and/or coloring will be consistent on any item or group of items. You will also be asked to initial that there has been no damage to your home or personal property, Any damage(s) or concerns with your delivery MUST be noted on the delivery ticket. Kamin Furniture cannot assume any liability for damages or claims that are not documented at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event you need to reschedule your delivery, please call 361-573-3269 at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date, to avoid a handling charge equal to half of the delivery fee. If you are not home on the day your delivery has been beed scheduled, you will incur a redelivery charge equal to the original delivery fee.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS
Customers are responsible for bringing rope, adequate wraps, and blankets to protect the product.

Please make sure product will fit into your vehicle prior to attempting pick-up

We will assist in loading product in to your vehicle, but you are responsible for tying and securing the load. 
Due to insurance reasons, Kamin Furniture is not authorized to tie down loads.

As a courtesy to our valued customers, we aid in the pick up process by assisting loading of customer’s merchandise. However, Kamin Furniture assumes no risk and/or liability for any personal and/or property damage that may occur as a result.

The vendor could ship an imperfect or incorrect item to us. Please fully inspect your merchandise before loading. You will be asked to sign a pick up ticket as our receipt and confirmation of products as being received in good condition.
